A guided process, built in order.

The journey begins with the free Private Business Orientation, then moves through the Privatepreneur Method: a guided process for understanding, designing, documenting, and putting into practice a more intentional private way of serving others through one’s work.

The free Orientation comes first and is not part of the paid Method. From there each stage builds on the one before it: Foundations establishes understanding, Blueprint turns that understanding into one recommended operating design, Implementation puts the design into writing and then into practice, and Stewardship keeps it honest over time.

  1. Foundations

Understanding before structure. The paid Method begins here.

  2. Blueprint

One factual operating design, built from your facts.

  3. Implementation

The design put into writing, then put into practice.

  4. Stewardship

Ongoing attention as the work and circumstances change.

Foundations

What am I looking at?

Understanding before structure. The paid Method begins here.

Before any document or decision, Foundations builds a clear, working understanding of the man or woman behind the work, property and compensation, private and public participation, and agreements. That understanding is confirmed at the end through the written Foundations Confirmation, read personally rather than scored automatically.

Blueprint

What do I want the arrangement to be?

One factual operating design, built from your facts.

A structured discovery of how the operation actually runs (people, property, compensation, agreements, payment flow, records, and public infrastructure), translated into one recommended operating design: the simplest arrangement that truthfully fits the facts.

Implementation

How does the operation need to change?

The design put into writing, then put into practice.

Implementation begins with the agreements that put the approved Blueprint into writing. From there, Privatepreneur installs the evidence, workflow, customer-journey, and operating changes the Blueprint requires, with a clear checklist and record of what was done.

Stewardship

Does the operation still match what was chosen?

Ongoing attention as the work and circumstances change.

A private design is not a one-time event. Stewardship reviews the arrangement, its records, and its tools against real operating changes over time and keeps everything current.

How the stages map to engagements

The Private Business Orientation is free and begins the journey. Foundations is the first paid stage, available through the confirmation pathway or the Foundations Course. After Foundations, comprehension is confirmed personally, and if you and Kyle both choose to continue, the paid Private Business Blueprint follows. Private Business Implementation begins with the agreements that put the approved Blueprint into writing, then installs the evidence, workflow, customer-journey, and operating changes it calls for. Stewardship continues as an ongoing engagement described on the Stewardship page.

See the Investment page for what each stage costs.

Begin with the free Orientation

A short, private set of questions, read personally by Kyle and answered personally in return.
