What we can help you put in place
Your Blueprint decides which of these your work needs. Some engagements touch all five. Some touch two.
- Private agreements
- Preparing, refining and putting into use the agreements that reflect the actual work, relationships, property, compensation and responsibilities of the people involved.
- Entities, associations and supporting structures
- Establishing or coordinating whatever arrangement your Blueprint identified, and only that: an LLC, a private membership association, an unincorporated nonprofit association, a private supporting structure, or none at all. The work covers the agreements, the documents, the order things happen in, who is responsible for what, and the practical steps that make the arrangement operational.
- Compensation and payment systems
- Establishing how compensation is received and managed, which may involve banking interfaces, payment processors, the workflow around a payment, and cryptocurrency wallets where they fit the arrangement. You hold your own wallets, funds, keys and recovery information throughout. I never take custody of them.
- Technology and operating systems
- Selecting, configuring, connecting and installing the technology the approved arrangement needs: a website, scheduling, communications, membership management, documents, recordkeeping, payments, storage and backup. Each real product is weighed on account ownership, what identity it requires, its terms, how much data it needs, the records it produces, the jurisdiction where that matters, and whether you can get your work back out of it.
- Records, workflows and operating procedures
- Building and installing the records, procedures, responsibilities and workflows that keep the arrangement true over time, so what you end with is an operation that matches your agreements rather than a folder of documents.
You won’t be left to figure it out alone.
Your Blueprint establishes what fits your work. Implementation is where we help you put those decisions into practice.
That might mean preparing agreements, establishing an appropriate structure, configuring a payment system, setting up a cryptocurrency wallet, connecting technology, or building the records and procedures that make everything work together.
You won’t need every tool or arrangement. Some will be simple. Others will take more work. We’ll follow your Blueprint, address what’s actually needed, and work through the installation with you.
The goal isn’t to hand you another set of instructions. It’s to leave you with a working arrangement you understand, can use, and can maintain.
The goal is simple.
When Implementation is finished, the way you work should match the choices you made in Blueprint.
You should know:
- how a new working relationship begins;
- how agreements are accepted;
- how compensation moves;
- where your property is held;
- what you keep;
- what you do differently from this point forward.
We start with the agreements.
Implementation begins with the agreements the Blueprint calls for. The Blueprint identifies the relationships that need to exist, and Implementation puts those relationships into writing. Then we build everything else around them.
Depending on the Blueprint, that can include:
- how someone begins working with you;
- how compensation is provided;
- how you keep what needs to be kept;
- how your website supports the relationship;
- how technology supports you.
You won’t be left with instructions and a login list. I help install what the Blueprint calls for: setup, configuration, connections, testing, migration where it’s needed, launch.
Some actions belong to you, because they involve your identity, your property, or your authorization. I’ll make those steps clear and work through them with you.
The result should feel lighter.
You know who you’re serving, what you agreed to, how compensation is handled, what belongs to you, and why each piece exists.
Technology comes last.
You don’t need more technology. You need the right amount for the life you want to run.
And no tool makes an arrangement private. Your agreements, your conduct, how compensation moves and the records you keep are what carry it. Software only has to make that easier to do consistently.
