Your website should feel like the way you want to work.
A beautiful website is useful.
A beautiful website that quietly pulls you back toward assumptions and systems you deliberately moved away from isn’t useful.
Privatepreneur creates custom websites for men and women who want the public face of their work to reflect the way they intend to serve.
The words may say one thing while the inquiry form, agreement path, checkout, payment flow, or automated records say another.

Two ways to work with Privatepreneur
The difference is simple:
Have the private-business decisions already been made?
Standalone Website Design & Build
For an established solo entrepreneur or service-based operator that already knows how the work is carried on.
The project can be conventional. It can also reflect a private operating approach you’ve already settled.
What it cannot do is invent that approach during a website project.
Standalone work may include strategy, page architecture, copywriting, visual design, WordPress development, forms, booking or purchasing features, foundational search setup, testing, launch, training, and handoff.
Where private agreements or private-language distinctions are already part of the operation, the website can carry them faithfully into the visitor journey.
Website Design within Implementation
For a Privatepreneur participant whose approved Blueprint calls for a new or substantially rebuilt website.
Here the website is one part of the Implementation.
It may connect inquiry, application, admission, agreement presentation, autographing, compensation, records, protected resources, onboarding, delivery, and any public tools the design intentionally retains.
The private-business decisions are made in Blueprint and Design. The website installs them.
Your website is where people meet your work.
Privatepreneur designs the site as part of how the work happens, not as decoration around it.
Before they speak with you, they usually meet the website. It tells them:
- who you are;
- what you offer;
- how to begin;
- what kind of relationship they’re entering.
So the site has to do more than look right. It has to be true.
- Does the first sentence describe the work you do?
- Does the way someone begins match the relationship you intend?
- Where is the agreement presented?
- How is acceptance recorded?
- Do the records the site creates describe what really happened?
- Do retained public tools have a clear job?
A website can be reachable by anyone and still present a private relationship. Calling it private, on the other hand, settles nothing by itself.
Built to be found, understood, and acted on.
A good website has three jobs: help the right men and women find you, help them understand what you offer, and make the next step clear.
Website Design & Build includes the SEO/AEO foundations and conversion work that belong inside the site itself: page structure, titles and descriptions, headings, internal links, crawlability, clear audience and offer language, answer-friendly content structure, visitor journey, CTA hierarchy, and conversion paths.
This is not a promise of rankings, traffic, leads, or a particular search-engine or AI result. It is the work of making the site technically sound, understandable, discoverable, and easier to act on.
Built around your work, not around a template.
We begin with what the website needs to accomplish. Every standalone project includes website alignment for private business: a review of the words and pathways that describe how the work is carried on, where the agreement is presented, and how acceptance is recorded.
That review covers:
- how the man or woman providing the work is described;
- how those served are addressed;
- titles and roles;
- calls to action;
- form language;
- agreement references;
- compensation and payment wording;
- confirmation and receipt language;
- public-platform wording that cannot be controlled;
- whether the website matches the way the work is really carried on.
For standalone projects, this review works from decisions you’ve already made.
If the website depends on private-business decisions that are still unresolved, I will tell you before the project proceeds.
Free Website Alignment Check
Not ready for a rebuild?
The free Website Alignment Check reads your existing public-facing website across private-work alignment, search and answer visibility, visitor journey and conversion, and shows where what it says may conflict with the way you say you work.
Private Work Checkout Gateway
When an approved private-work journey accepts compensation online, the website can include a controlled step before payment where the governing agreement is presented and the relevant acceptance is recorded.
The gateway supports an operating approach that already exists. It does not create one by itself.
Custom Website Design & Build
The starting project includes one custom website with up to ten standard informational pages.
Typical scope may include:
- discovery and positioning;
- page architecture and navigation;
- page-by-page content planning;
- copywriting or substantial copy refinement;
- custom visual design;
- WordPress development;
- mobile and tablet optimization;
- one primary visitor pathway;
- contact or inquiry forms;
- basic scheduling or email integration;
- foundational page titles and descriptions;
- analytics connection;
- accessibility and performance review;
- domain and hosting coordination;
- prelaunch testing;
- launch and administrator handoff;
- recorded owner training;
- 30 days of postlaunch stabilization.
Final scope, schedule, and compensation are confirmed before the project begins.
Stores, portals, courses, membership systems, substantial migrations, multiple websites, and custom functionality may require additional scope.
Recent Projects
A few recent websites I’ve designed and built for private work.
Each one was shaped around the actual arrangement behind the business: who is serving, how the offer is presented, how the visitor moves through the site, how compensation is handled where applicable, and how the website supports the intended private relationship rather than contradicting it.
The design work also includes the fundamentals that help a site get found, understood, and acted on: SEO/AEO foundations, clear information architecture, conversion paths, and a deliberate visitor journey.

LiveTruHealth
An education-led wellness site within the LiveTru family ecosystem.
What I did. Designed and built a cleaner, content-forward experience across a broader website ecosystem, with clearer audience paths, stronger navigation, and attention to how the public-facing sites support the underlying arrangement rather than redefine it.

Backstop Ops
Front-office systems and AI support for service-based operators.
What I did. Designed and built a bold site with a clear value proposition, strong CTA structure, and a deliberate visitor journey, while keeping the public-facing website aligned with the way the work is arranged.

Fyreside Club
A hospitality platform for private land stays, hosts, and guests.
What I did. Built a brand-led site with distinct host and guest paths, clear agreement-oriented positioning, and a structure designed to support a private membership and direct relationship model.
If your work is already arranged privately, I can help build the website around it: clear in what it says, deliberate in how visitors move through it, and optimized to be found, understood, and acted on.
You keep control.
Wherever practicable, the production accounts for your website are yours:
- Your domain.
- Your website.
- Your content.
- Your data.
- Your access.
Privatepreneur receives the access needed to do the work and no more.
I build the site for you. I don’t build another dependency you have to escape later.
How the project moves forward
Tell me what you need.
Complete the website inquiry with information about the work, those you serve, the current website if one exists, the features you need, and your preferred launch period.
Confirm the right path.
I review the inquiry and determine whether the project fits Standalone Website Design, Privatepreneur Implementation, or needs more information.
Where useful, I may invite you to a complimentary 30-minute project conversation to clarify fit, requirements, dependencies, schedule, and scope.
Establish the project.
If we decide to proceed, you receive a written proposal covering pages, functionality, responsibilities, schedule, compensation, and exclusions.
Website Design & Build is compensated 100% upfront. Production begins after the project agreement is accepted and autographed and the full agreed compensation has been received.
Build through clear approvals.
We settle architecture, copy direction, and visual direction before the full site is built.
You review the work at agreed points and provide consolidated feedback.
Test, launch, and hand over.
Before launch, the website is tested for mobile presentation, usability, accessibility, forms, links, performance, backups, security settings, and the functionality included in scope.
Launch follows your final approval and confirmation that the website is ready for production.
Compensation and schedule
Standalone Website Design & Build starts at $5,900.
A normal project takes approximately six to eight weeks after the needed access and source materials are available.
Outside-scope work is custom quoted.
Privatepreneur does not bill website projects by the hour.
Optional Website Care
$195 per month
After launch, Website Care is available at the current published monthly rate.
It is a technical care service, not Private Business Stewardship.
Website Care may include:
- WordPress, theme, and plugin updates;
- backup monitoring;
- security and uptime monitoring;
- basic performance checks;
- recovery assistance;
- up to 45 minutes of minor content changes each month;
- monthly maintenance confirmation.
Unused content time does not accumulate.
New pages, redesigns, new functionality, and larger changes are separately scoped.
For Privatepreneur participants, website care may instead be included inside an approved Stewardship scope.
Is this a good fit?
Website Design & Build may fit if your work is established but the website no longer represents it well, your message needs greater clarity, visitors are unsure what you provide or what to do next, you want the primary website accounts under your control, or the public website needs to better match agreements and payment flow already in place.
It also fits a man or woman who simply wants a well-built conventional website and values careful strategy, copy, design, development, testing, and handoff.
Frequently asked questions
How is Privatepreneur website design different?
The standard website work is familiar: strategy, architecture, copy, visual design, development, testing, launch, and handoff.
The difference is that Privatepreneur also examines the relationship the website creates through its language, forms, agreements, checkout, payment flow, records, public tools, and account ownership.
Can you make my existing website private?
Not by changing the words alone.
If you already have a settled private operating approach, the website can be brought into alignment with it.
If the deeper private-business decisions are still open, that work belongs in the Path first.
Do I need Private Work Fundamentals?
No. Private Work Fundamentals is optional. Website Design & Build can create a conventional website or faithfully express private-work decisions you have already settled.
If those decisions still need to be developed, Blueprint and Design is the place to examine them. Foundational understanding is established at the opening of that work before design proceeds.
This service expresses an arrangement you have settled. It does not establish the private operating arrangement through website wording.
Is copywriting included?
Yes.
The starting project includes copywriting or substantial copy refinement for the approved pages.
You remain responsible for factual accuracy and for confirming that the finished words describe the way you really work.
Will you use WordPress?
Usually for standalone projects.
Another platform may be recommended when the requirements clearly point elsewhere.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We decide what should be preserved, rewritten, migrated, or replaced.
Substantial migration or unusual existing systems may require additional scope.
Can you build purchasing, courses, memberships, or protected resources?
Potentially.
Those features are scoped according to the real requirements.
Where the feature is meant to carry out a private operating approach that has not yet been designed, the work belongs in the Path first.
Do you guarantee traffic, inquiries, sales, or search rankings?
No.
The project delivers the agreed website and tests the functionality in scope. Visitor behavior and search placement remain outside the project.
What happens if I request work outside the approved scope?
I prepare a written custom quote covering the added work, compensation, dependencies, and schedule effect.
Nothing outside scope begins without your approval.
Tell me what your website needs to do.
Describe the work, who you serve, and what you want the site to make possible. I’ll reply directly.
