Private Work Agreement

i enter this private agreement in the private domain, freely and of my own choosing, with the man, Kyle Henson;

this records how Kyle and i work together; what we have actually chosen to do is recorded in a short Work Record, and nothing begins until i have accepted both;

i understand Kyle provides educational, informational, strategic, documentary and operational work, intended to help me understand and intentionally arrange the relationships surrounding what i create, own, exchange and provide to those i serve;

i understand he is not providing legal, tax, accounting or financial advice or representation before a court or agency, that he does not promise a particular outside result, and that private wording alone does not change an existing fact or obligation;

i remain responsible for the choices i make, the commitments i accept, the property i control and the way i ultimately choose to operate;

i will give Kyle complete and truthful information where the work depends on it, and correct a material fact that turns out to be wrong or that changes while the work is underway;

the educational materials, workbooks, templates, systems, diagrams and other reusable property Kyle brings to the work remain his unless another owner is identified; i may use them for my own learning and application, but i will not publish, sell, distribute or reproduce them for others, or use them to create a competing course or service, without his agreement;

what i own before this remains mine, and what i independently create remains mine;

if either of us believes something has gone wrong, we will say so directly and early, look at what actually happened, and make a genuine effort to put it right; correction is the first remedy;

i agree therefore that any claims of wrong which arise in regard to anything this agreement covers shall be governed only by law, cannot be brought to a lesser legal venue, and may be pressed only in a court of law by and between those of mankind where earnest attempts for peaceful remedy have failed;

where a Work Record says something specific about its own work that differs from this, the Work Record governs that work; where it is silent, this applies;

i agree to this as an accurate record of what i have chosen.
