A Private 1:1 gives you approximately an hour with me to examine the situation you’re working through, separate facts from assumptions, look at the choices available, and determine what makes sense from here.
It’s direct access to me when you want help examining something in the way you work, and a full Blueprint engagement isn’t what the situation calls for.
What people bring.
- how a current working relationship is arranged;
- the private and public elements of the way you work;
- an agreement or a compensation arrangement;
- a property or ownership question;
- a Supporting Structure you already have, or one under consideration;
- a change you’re weighing, or several approaches you’re comparing;
- something in the current operation that no longer makes sense;
- whether Blueprint and Design is the right next step.
Those are examples, not a closed list. Bring the situation as it stands, including the parts that aren’t settled, and we work where it helps most.

I’ll ask questions, examine the facts with you, challenge assumptions where useful, and help you see the practical implications of the choices available.
Depending on what you bring, that can mean:
- mapping a relationship;
- tracing compensation;
- examining capacity;
- reviewing how an arrangement fits together;
- comparing alternatives;
- identifying the facts that are missing;
- settling a sensible next step.

It can be a first conversation, a single session, or additional focused time while you’re already working with Privatepreneur. It requires no Private Work Fundamentals and no Blueprint.
- Standard compensation: $250
- Participant compensation: $175 while you are actively in Blueprint and Design, Implementation, or Stewardship
Approximately 1 hr either way. The participant compensation applies only while one of those engagements is active. Private Work Fundamentals alone does not qualify for the participant compensation.
A Private 1:1 isn’t Blueprint and Design compressed into approximately an hour. If what you bring needs a full assessment, a complete operating design, several interconnected relationships, foundational facts that aren’t settled, or broader structuring work, I’ll say so rather than pretending it can be finished inside the session.
