    A short, private questionnaire about your work and the system around it, read personally by Kyle and answered personally in return. No charge, no obligation, and nothing to qualify for.

  2. Foundations

    $295 one-time

    Understanding before action: seeing your present situation clearly, what belongs to you, and why premature structural change is a mistake.

    Includes Foundations Confirmation at no additional course fee.

  3. Blueprint

    $3,500

    Blueprint is where the decisions get made: one factual operating design, not a collection of recommendations.

    Your $295 Foundations investment is credited if you proceed, leaving $3,205.

  4. Implementation

    Established after your Blueprint

    A design matters only if the way you operate changes with it. Implementation installs the chosen arrangement.

    Scope and compensation are established once the Blueprint is complete, because that is when what is actually being built is known.

  5. Stewardship

    Established after Implementation

    Autonomy is not a one-time conversion. Stewardship keeps the design matching real, changing facts over time.

    Available after Implementation. Scope and monthly compensation reflect the ongoing support your arrangement actually requires, which is only knowable once the operating arrangement exists.

Why the later stages are priced later

Foundations and Blueprint are known quantities, so their compensation is published here. Implementation and Stewardship are not, and quoting a figure for them now would be a guess dressed up as a price.

Implementation installs whatever the approved Blueprint calls for, and until that Blueprint exists neither of us knows what is actually being built. Stewardship keeps a working arrangement current, and until the arrangement is installed neither of us knows what keeping it current genuinely takes. In both cases the compensation is established when the work is understood, and you decide then whether to continue.

Proceed only as far as you choose

Every stage stands on its own and produces value whether or not you continue. The free Orientation gives you a clearer view of your own situation and a considered reply from Kyle. Foundations builds understanding you keep regardless of what comes next, and it is open to you whenever you want it. A completed Blueprint is a real operating design, even if you decide not to move into Implementation.

Nothing about this work assumes you'll continue to the next stage. If you do decide to continue, the stages are completed in order: Blueprint depends on a completed Foundations with comprehension confirmed, Implementation depends on an approved Blueprint, and Stewardship follows a completed Implementation. The order exists because each stage's decisions depend on the one before it, not to create pressure to keep going.

Want additional time with Kyle?

Direct interaction with Kyle is already built into the Method at the appropriate points in Blueprint, Implementation, and Stewardship. A Private 1:1 is optional additional time beyond that, for whatever conversation would be most useful to you. It is not another Method stage.
